Vintage balloon mold featuring a wood base & round balloon molds. Speckles of colored latex remnants are occasionally found on the wood along with some remnants of powder. These balloon molds make for some unique wall & are a great size whether standing alone or grouped together with other wall hangings (hang either way or sit).

This mold features teal, pink, and a few orange pegs in 12 slats of pegs.

DID YOU KNOW?

Manufacturing of balloons took place by coating spindle pegs with powder, then dipping into hot latex & baking. Once dried the balloon was peeled off.

Please note, there may be signs of wear, latex or even powder remnants etc. We do our best to pick the best ones, but sometimes the peg slats can feel loose etc or pegs can be missing (refer to photos). Each one is unique but full of character. These are large & are packed with love which is reflected in the shipping cost.
