Shop Assistant
The Shop Assistant plays a key role in the day-to-day success of our small home decor business, working directly under the guidance of our Operations Manager to ensure both the front and back of the shop run seamlessly.
This dynamic position is a blend of retail sales (approximately 20% of the role) and supporting back-of-house operations and store organization (approximately 80% of the role).
